Refund and Cancellation Policies
30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
This guarantee applies only for a new "Silver" membership subscription (only the first 30 days from your subscription date).
If you are not fully satisfied with our services, just request a refund of your for your Silver membership term and we will refund 100% of your money. All refunds are usually processed within 48 hours. However, it might take up to 7 business days. If by any chance you do not receive your refund within 7 (seven) business days, please call our Technical Support line and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund after the first 30 days.
Refund procedure:
Click here to send us an email requesting a refund of your first term. In order your refund to be processed quickly and efficiently as well as to protect your own privacy, you will need to include the following information:
- Your user name
- Your email on file
- Your mailing address
Please note: The subject of your email must be titled “Unsubscribe”.
Important: Please keep a copy of your membership cancellation “email”, for future reference (we might ask for a copy of the same) in order to process your cancellation and issue a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PROCEDURE
You can cancel your membership at any time. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
You can cancel your subscription by navigating to:
- My Account
- Account details
- Change Account Info
- Membership Plan
- Cancel Membership (from the drop-down menu) and slick “SAVE”
Note: Please keep a copy of your account cancellation “sent email”, for future reference (we might ask for a copy of the same).
