    - Broker / Listing Agent (Freight Broker; Freight Forwarder; Shipper / Receiver of a manufacturing; or other 3PL Company)

  • Why should I join CargoSuccess.com?
    Cargo Success simplifies and automates Listing Agents Truck-Booking process; therefore, they prefer our online load-board. They cover their loads, without picking up the phone.

  • How long does a registration process take?
    All Listing Agents and Carriers registrations are Immediate.

  • Does CargoSuccess.com do Credit Check?
    Trans Credit provides credit reports for all types of Listing Agent Accounts. Each CargoSuccess.com member is obligated, responsible and liable to submit accurate information and keep his/her account information updated at all times.

  • Can a Listing Agent bid on loads?
    Listing Agents cannot bid on loads, only Carriers can.

  • Can a Carrier post loads?
    Carriers cannot post loads, only Listing Agents can.

  • How do I contact CargoSuccess.com?

  • What does the Broker's Policy button mean (located on the listing details page)?
    A Listing Agent can write his/her Company Policy (Rules, Terms, Conditions, Limitations, Exceptions, etc.) in the Public Profile (My account > Public Profile) and the same will be displayed on each of his/her load listing.
    By clicking the Broker's Policy button, the Carriers access the Public Profile page / information of the Broker)

  • How do I enable / disable receiving system emails (listing ends with success, item won, item received bid, feedback notification, item sold, etc.)?
    Very easy:
    • My Account
    • Account Details
    • Change Account Info
    • (Update your) Email Preferences.

  • How can I submit my comment, suggestion and/or question to CargoSuccess.com?

  • How long does it take to post a listing?
    It usually takes about 1 minute.

  • Does CargoSuccess.com application have available Listing Templates for faster posting?
    Yes it does. You can create and save up to 500 Listing Templates in your profile and speed-up your listing process.

  • How many load-listing can I post with my membership?
    You can post unlimited load-listings with any of the 3-term available Memberships.

  • Can a Listing Agent end a listing early?
    Listing Agents can end their listings early (at any time and at their discretion):

  • What Listings Format are available for posting loads?
    We offer two types of Listing Formats:
    Request for Quote - RFQ - (Receive multiple offers on your load-listing)
    Fixed Price Sale - (Post a load with a fixed price)
    By selecting any of these two types of Listing formats, you can post your load as a PRIVATE (for your Preferred Carrier only) or PUBLIC listing (for any Carrier).

  • Do I need to enter a PROMO CODE when registering?
    You don't. But if you have been given one and enter it during your registration, you will receive a discount on your initial (first) registration term (whichever term you select: Silver, Gold or Diamond). Note: The PROMO CODE MUST be valid in order to match our database and automatically apply your discount.

  • What should my Bid Amount be?
    Your Bid Amount must be the Total that you are willing to service the given load-listing for (including fuel and/or any other surcharges). No additional amount is to be expected to be paid by the Listing Agent on top of the (ended/agreed) quote/bid, except any/all applicable taxes.

  • Can anyone else see my identity when I place my bid(s)?
    Only the Listing Agent who posted the load-listing can see your identity. Neither, other Listing Agents nor Carriers can see it. The bidding process is completely confidential.

  • How many bids I can place with my membership?
    You can place unlimited number of bids with any of the 3-term available Memberships.

  • Can I retract my bid?
    Yes you can retract your bid by clicking the Retract Bids button (only while the listing is still active).

  • Do I (the Carrier) need to contact the Broker upon the end of the listing?
    If you have been selected as a Carrier of choice by the Broker (listing Agent), you will immediately receive an email containing link to accept the selection. You are obligated to respond within the first 60 minutes upon the end of the listing. If not, the Broker might file negative feedback about you, add you in his blacklist and/or submit a complaint about you to the CargoSuccess.com Administrator. This might decrease your profile rating in the CargoSuccess' Community.

  • How do I post my Truck on CargoSuccess.com?
    There is no need to post your truck on our load-board.

  • Can I give my already won listing to another Carrier?
    You can transfer (give away) a load listing you have won, but ONLY in accordance and agreement with the Listing Agent of the given load. Please read more about this on our Terms of Use page under section 4. CARRIERS.

  • Can I as a Carrier member broker load to another carrier?
    Double brokerage is strictly forbidden in our community.

  • I don't like receiving Load Alerts, how do I disable this feature?
    If you would like to disable this feature:

  • Does CargoSuccess.com pay for my services provided to the Listing Agent(s)?
    CargoSuccess.com is a third party listing facilitator and is not liable to fulfill any terms and conditions between Listing Agents and Carriers. All/any payment arrangements are made directly between the Listing Agents who posted the load-listing(s) and the Carrier(s). CargoSuccess.com does not get involved with payments and/or any other arrangements between those two parties. Please refer to our Terms of Use by clicking here.

  • How current are the load postings?
    The listings are in Real-Time. Once a listing has ended, it is automatically removed from the load-board.
